Each of our Mille Crêpe cakes is designed with the delicate balance of flavour and texture in mind. The perfect crêpe cake combines twenty lacy, paper-thin crepes with an ethereal pastry cream in between each layer. Each crepe is made by hand, and every cake is carefully crafted and assembled by our pastry chefs. Hojicha (Roasted Green Tea) Crêpe Cake
Our newest crepe cake flavour is inspired by another favourite tea from Japan! Hojicha (roasted green tea) has a signature sweet & smoky taste, and is the perfect flavour to treat yourself to after a meal! Topped with kernels of hojicha-covered puffed rice, it is the perfect crunchy compliment to an otherwise smooth, rich, and creamy cake.
