The Cakes

How large are the crepe cakes?

We offer full-size cakes at approximately 9″ diameter — as a whole cake, cut in half, or cut into a quarter. We also offer mini cakes at 6″ diameter.

How many slices are in each crepe cake?

We generally get 12 slices out of a full-size cake. Our whole, half, and quarter cakes are not pre-sliced, so depending on your appetite you may cut more or fewer slices.

How long do the crepe cakes last?

We recommend enjoying our crepe cakes as fresh as possible for the best flavour and texture. If needed, they keep up to 3 days when properly refrigerated — store them airtight and away from strong odours.

Are there any raw eggs or raw ingredients in your cakes?

No. Our cakes do not contain raw eggs. We use cream and other dairy products in our crepe cakes, all of which are safe to enjoy without further cooking.

Are you open? Can I walk in?

Yes — our takeout Window at 451 Adelaide Street West (at Portland) is open. Walk up for crepe cake slices, gelato, and drinks, no appointment needed.

Window hours can vary day to day, so follow us on Instagram for the latest. For whole cakes and specialty items, we recommend ordering ahead online so it’s ready when you arrive.

Where are you located?

451 Adelaide Street West (at Portland), Toronto. Daily pickup slots are available from 10am–8pm.

Pickup & Delivery

How do pickups work?

Place your order through our website and select Store Pick-Up at checkout. In the Pickup/Delivery Instructions box on the cart page, include your preferred pickup date and time (for example, “Saturday at 2 PM”). We’ll confirm your details by email.

Please allow at least 24 hours of prep time for most orders.

Do any items need more lead time?

A few specialty items need up to 72 hours:

  • Mini Cakes
  • Rainbow Cake
  • Ombre Cake
  • Cake for Diabetics

Need something sooner? Email us — we may be able to accommodate same-day requests.

Do you deliver?

Yes. We’ve partnered with a local delivery service — fees vary by location and are shown at checkout. We’re also available intermittently on Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Ritual for same-day delivery (limited availability).

What if I forgot to include my pickup time?

No worries. Email us at hello@milliecollective.com with your order number and preferred pickup time, and we’ll get it sorted.
