Souffle Cupcakes
This version of cupcakes is lighter than that of your standard New York style cupcakes. Our batter is lightened with a perfectly whipped meringue to achieve the airy texture found in our cheesecakes, and the taste of cheese is lighter than typically expected.
Please note: We are not able to write messages directly on our cakes, however, we do offer plaques ("happy birthday" or custom plaques) and cake toppers.
